Protection Program SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) hereby submits the procedures which make up the SHINE Safeguards Information (SGI) Protection Program for NRC review. provides SHINE Procedure 0900-01-08, "Protection of Safeguards Information (SGI)." Enclosure 1 contains security-related information identified utilizing the guidance contained in Regulatory Information Summary (RIS) 2005-31. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold Enclosure 1, in its entirety, from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). provides SHINE Procedure 0900-0,1-09, "Safeguards Information (SGI) Access Authorization." Enclosure 2 contains security-related information identified utilizing the guidance contained in RIS 2005-31. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold Enclosure 2, in its entirety, from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). provides SHINE Procedure 0900-01-10, "Use of Encryption Software for Management of Safeguards Information (SGI)." Enclosure 3 contains security-related information identified utilizing the guidance contained in RIS 2005-31. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold Enclosure 3, in its entirety, from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
