Emergency Plan Update This submittal is to document the cover letters associated with References 1 and 2 for the Emergency Plan Changes and Updates should have stated that the requirements of 10 CFR 72.44(f), (i.e., the six month report) in addition to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q), 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V, and 10 CFR 50.4(b) (5) have been met.
The changes were reviewed and do not constitute a decrease in effectiveness. No commitments are made in this letter. If you have any questions regarding the previous transmittals, please contact Mr. Eric Plautz at 402-533-7308.
