MIT issue #3 The notification upon receipt of a shipment is stated to be in accordance with 10 CFR 70.54 -
in the security plan in section 7.6, subsection 2. There is no 70.54. It should state in accordance with 10 CFR 74.15. They do cite the correct NRC form to use. Looks like a typo in the Plan in regard to this correct MC&A requirement.
Please have the licensee commit to 10 CFR 74.15 in the section mentioned in lieu of 70.54 Thank you.
