SUBJECT:
TI2515/120; STATION BLACKOUT(10 CFR 50.63); MULTI-PLANT ACTION A-22; UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUE A-44 Tl 2515/120 directed the regions to select one site at which to perform this inspection, after which an evaluation would be performed to determine if additional sites needed to be inspected.
The following plants did not meet the selection criteria; therefore, this TI was not performed for: Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2; Cooper Nuclear Station; Comanche Peak, Units 1 and 2; Diablo Canyon, Units 1 and 2; River Bend; San Onofre, Units 2 and 3; South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2; Washington Nuclear Project 2; Waterford 3; and Wolf Creek.
Per your direction we will update the Safety Issues Management System (SIMS) to show "NA" in the "VERIFYCOMPLETE" column and reference the assession number of this memorandum in the "INSPECTION REPORT NUMBERS" column for these plants.
