1996, following the onsite
inspection.
A followup telephone exit meeting
was also conducted
on April 5,
1996.

reviewed the scope
and findings of
the report.
The licensee
discussed
and furnished proprietary information to
the inspector during the course of this inspection.
During the April 5,

the licensee

of the apparent
