1994, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Region IV Project Directorates were realigned into two project Directorates, IV-1 and IV-2.
The facilities added to Project Directorate IV-1 (PDIV-1) are South Texas Units 1 and 2, Comanche peak Units 1 and 2, and Ft. Calhoun l.
