T. Bishop, Director, Division of Reactor Safety and Projects ALLEGATION BOARD MEETING ON MAY ll, 1984 An allegation board consisting of T. Bishop, A. Johnson and H. Canter met on May 11, 1984 to discuss the allegation received from a confidential source on May 7, 1984.
The board made the following decisions:
1.
Review the work previously done on the examination of records related to termination crimps, emphasizing tool calibration techniques and Q.C. acceptance of crimps.
2.
Provide recommendation for further review of Unit 2 crimp records for the 1981-1982 time frame especially on ECCS components.
Action on these items is to be taken at a future date by the Reactor Prospects 3 section.
