MEETING OF ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD ON GAP PETITION DATED JUNE 21,
- 1984, ATTACHMENT NOS.
1 AND 15 On July 16,
- 1984, the Allegation Review Board met to review Attachment Nos.
1 and 15 to the GAP Petition dated June 21, 1984.
The board determined that Attachment No.
1 contained seven safety-related allegations and Attachment No.
15 is an affidavit describing the character and competence of one of the allegers.
The Board also. determined that the allega-tions were similar to previously received allegations and that none of the allegations would require resolution prior to issuance of the Diablo Canyon Unit No.
1 full power license.
The allegations contained in Attachment No.
1 were categorized and entered into the Region V Allegation Tracking System as Allegation Nos.
- 1403, 1404,
- 1405, 1406, 1407.
- 1408, and 1409-The GAP Petition (dated June 21, 1984) was originally provided on June 21, 1984, to the NRC without Attachment Nos.
1 and 15.
The Board consisted of G. Hernandez and D. F. Kirsch.
