NOTICE OF VIOLATION Pacific Gas and Electric Company Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2
Docket Nos.
50-275 and 50-323 License Nos. 'DPR-80 and DPR-82 During an NRC inspection conducted on July 14 through, August 24,
- 1992, a
violation of NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violation is listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations,
- orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects,.
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects.
Specifically, in Nay 1992, one record made by one individual was identified as being incomplete or inaccurate.
This error was material in that it evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
