AND 2)
In conformance with the Commission's policy on notification of the Licensing Board on new, relevant, and material information, this memorandum calls attention to the information presented below.
On February 12,
- 1993, the NRC issued the enclosed Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance Report for Diablo Canyon Power Plant covering the period from July 1, 1991 through December 31, 1992.
This information may be relevant to the proceeding regarding a proposed license amendment on recapturing the construction period for Diablo Canyon.
One of the contentions admitted to the proceeding concerns the licensee's maintenance and surveillance program which is evaluated in the enclosed report.
