Diablo Canyon Allegation Review Panel DOCUMENTATION OF ALLEGATION REVIEW PANEL ACTIVITIES A Diablo Canyon allegation review panel meeting was conducted on Thursday, July 26, 1984 to review follow-up actions on allegations and propose future staff actions necessary to address the allegations listed herein.
The panel was composed of the following individuals:

- Crowley, RV P. Johnson, RV The panel examined the allegations listed herein and licensee responses thereto as presented in PG&E letter dated June 26 and July 6, 1984 (DCL-84-239 and -256, respectively).
The panel also examined memoranda from J. F. Burdoin dated July 7 and 8, 1984 (attached),
which documented his review of the licensee's responses.

Based on the above, after considering the technical merit of each allegation, the panel considered the following allegations closed:

The following allegations were closed based on licensee responses and previous examination of the subject areas:

The panel reviewed new allegation Nos.
1403 through 1409 and determined that none required resolution prior to issuance of a full power license for Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
