~>@SIGS ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD ACTION g+QB An Allegation Review Board, composed of Messrs.
T.
W. Bishop, A. D. Johnson, L. W. Shollenberger and D. F. Kirsch, met on August 23, 1984, to consider actions necessary to resolve the subject allegation and assign resolution responsibility.
The Board agreed that the allegation would be examined by the Diablo Canyon Resident Inspection staff.
The following action plan was agreed upon.
1.
Conduct interviews of Pullman and PG&E personnel having substantial knowledge of the discrepancy and resolutions.
Retain interview documentation for inclusion in DCAF.
Determine how and whether this discrepancy was addressed by Pullman and PG&E.
2.
Examine records of Pullman and PG&E regarding the identification and resolution of the identified condition.
3.
Assess whether the situation was adequately resolved by the licensee and whether Engineering involvement and action was adequate and sufficient.
4.
Assess the degree of compliance with procedures for documenting and resolving discrepant conditions.
