DOCUMENTATION OF ALLEGATION REVIEW PANEL ACTIVITIES DIABLO CANYON The staff has reviewed the following documents and attachments submitted by PG&E'.
PG&E letter DCL-84-186, dated May 17, 1984 2.
PG&E letter DCL-84-195, dated May 29, 1984 The first letter addresses 31 allegations (PG&E set-1) referred to PG&E for resolution by an NRC letter dated April.19, 1984.
The second letter addresses 146 allegations (PG&E set-2) referred to PG&E for resolution by an NRC letter dated April 27, 1984.
The staff has reviewed these licensee responses to establish whether the response was appropriate, any unresolved technical issues were identified or if any management inadequacy questions were observed.
The staff concludes that PG&E set-1 items are closed with the exception of NRC allegation Nos.
- 136, 169, 188*, 194, 200 and 201 which require follow-up and further evaluation.
No further action is required by the staff or licensee for the remaining 25 allegations.
The staff concludes that PG&E set-2 items are closed with the exception of NRC Allegation Nos.
- 352, 368, 378, 391*, 404*, 415*, 416*, 443-449**, 453-455**.
- 475, 351,
- 478, 479, 482 and 484 which require follow-up and/or further evaluation.
No further action is required by the staff or licensee for the remaining 123 allegations.
- These items either contain no technical issues or the technical issues are considered resolved.
OI investigation or follow-up are continuing.
- These items are related to reactor safeguards and plant security and "consequently, will require a safeguards examination.
