Allegation No.
1437 involves the alleged divulging of identity to PG&E.
The staff has previously acknowledged that information, which could have'ed to the identification of an alleger~was inadvertently included in SSER-22 (Allegation No. 132).
This is not a new issue and the allegation is considered to be closed.
Allegation No.
1438 was addressed in SSER-25 and considered by The Commission in their Memorandum and Order No. CLI-84-83, dated August 10, 1984.
