D. F. Kirsch, Acting Director Division of Reactor Safety and Projects REVIEW OF ALLEGATION REVIEW PANEL DOCUMENTATION, DIABLO CANYON Memorandum, "Documentation of Allegation Review Panel Activities, Diablo Canyon", dated July 7,
- 1984, was reviewed by the NRC.
The memorandum contains a synopsis of Allegation Board Meeting (ABM), July 12, 1984.
During this meeting the Allegation Review Panel concluded 296 allegations should be closed out because they duplicated allegations which were previously documented.
- However, 16 of the 296 allegations were previously closed out in other documents and should not have been closed out in the ABM.
Therefore, only 280 of the duplicate allegations are closed out by ABM July 12, 1984.
The 16 previously closed allegations and their closing documents are:
