Memorandum dated June 6,
- 1984, Schwan to File SG-4-6, Allegation 84-A-0050.
In accordance with the course of action outlined in the referenced memorandum, on June 18, 1984 the PGEE investigator assigned to this case was contacted by C. A. Schwan to obtain additional information concerning this allegation.
It was verified that the individual in question had voluntarily terminated on June 9, 1984 under favorable conditions in order to preclude future altercations with the alleger.
Apparently the individual has relocated to another state.
The investigator confirmed that work assigned to this individual required routine gC verification upon completion, and that his work record and behavior onsite was stable.
Based on this supplemental information, and the original information contained

in the referenced memorandum, this matter is considered closed.
- K The attached letter to the alleger, documenting the status of.the matter will be dispatched by the Safeguards and'Emergency Preparedness Branch.
Those participating in the original allegation panel on June 1,
1984 concur in this memorandum.
