The Commission met to be briefed on the status of near-term operating license plants (NTOLs) and problems or potential problems that could affect plant safety reviews or licensing schedules.
The subject matter of various OI investigations was mentioned during the portion of the meeting open to public attendance.
These items were discussed in detail during the closed portion of the meeting which followed.
Chairman Palladino requested that OGC review the meeting transcript to determine whether any portion of it should be served on parties to any pending proceeding.
