DIABLO CANYON ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD ACTION On Tuesday, February 26,
- 1985, an Allegation Review Board, comprised of the below identified individuals, met to. consider the recommendations presented in the memorandum from O.
C. Shackleton to D. F. Kirsch dated February 5, 1985, attached herewith.
The Board determined that the following allegation resolution responsibility assignment is appropriate:

- 1108, 1209 and 1543.
Allegation number 1623 Allegation number 1097 On February 5, 1985, ATS No. RV-85-A-010 was opened alleging that certain Operations personnel engaged in unsafe activities, of a non-operation oriented
- nature, and exhibited unbalanced behavior patterns.
Further, it was alleged that licensee management has not dealt with the situation in a positive manner.
The Board considers that these issues should be evaluated and resolved by the Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards.
By copy of this memorandum, the Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards is requested to perform the necessary actions to resolve allegation number 1623 and the allegation identified by ATS No. RV-85 A-010.
