April 30, 1981 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Requiring Applicant to Answer Joint Intervenors'nterrogatories 9 and ll)
The Board has rece'ived Joint Intervenors'otion of March 31, 1981, to compel Pacific Gas.and Electric Company (PG&E) to answer their Interrogatories numbered 9 and 11.
PG&E has not filed a response to that Motion.
PG&E'has admitted in its answer to Interrogatory number one that the combined PG&E, State and local emergency response plans for Diablo Canyon do not -comply at present with the Commission's revised emergency planning regula-tions (cf. 10 C.F.R. 50.47 and the guidance set forth in NUREG-0654).
The Board finds that parties to this proceeding are entitled to know what the admitted deficiencies are and which requirements, if any, will not be complied with before fuel loading.
