An allegation review board, comprised of the below identified individuals was convened on June 6, 1985, to examine the status of allegation numbers
- 391, 1209,
- 1488, 1489,
- 1491, 1657,
- 1659, 1660,
- 1661, 1662, and 1663.
The Board determined that these allegations were closed as follows:

Comment 391 The technical issues were resolved in an ARB conducted on July 12, 1984.
This allegation lacks specificity regarding the alleged inadequacies in management's commitment to quality and, therefore, is considered closed.
1209 The allegation involves a difference in the date of contractor response to the alleger, but does not contest the adequacy of the response.
Accordingly, the Board does not consider the date of the response to be that significant or material to the issue.
Therefore, this allegation is considered closed.
- 1488, 1489 and 1491 These allegations are closed since they are duplicates of allegations derived from the alleger's affidavit submitted with the November 1,
- 1984, GAP petition, allegation numbers 1513 through
- 1518, currently being dispositioned by NRR.
1657 DCL-85-177 dated May 1, 1985, appropriately addresses the issue.
