Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director Division of Licensing DIABLO CANYON - TRANSCRIPT OF MEETING ON JULY 2, 1984 (BOARD NOTIFICATION NO. 84-12@
In accordance with NRC procedures for Board Notification, the enclosed trans-cript of an NRC meeting with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG8E) on July 2, 1984 is provided to the Commission for information.
At the meeting PGBE provided the NRC staff with further information and clarification regarding piping and supports at Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
This was the subject of a staff letter of June 20, 1984 and the PGSE response of June 26, 1984.
As a result of the meeting PG8E will provide the staff with further information by July 5, 1984.
At the conclusion of the meeting Mr. Charles
- Stokes, a whistle blower associated with the Government Accountability Project (GAP), made a statement on the substance and conduct of the meeting.
By copy of this memorandum the Appeal Board and the parties to the Diablo Canyon proceeding are provided the same information.
