Dircks Executive Director for Operations ALLEGATIONS RELATED TO DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT The staff has been directed by the Commission to provide a status report on all outstanding allegations related to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant prior to authorization of criticality and low power testing.

A management plan has been developed and is being implemented to accomplish this directive.

It is important that any information relating to this task, such as new concerns or allegations or additional information related to previous allega-

tions, be provided to the Region V staff at the earliest possible time.
