The Commissioners The staff will consider items 1 and 2 in its final evaluation of the verification of matters and modifications in the plant which are required and remain to be completed for the license activities to be authorized.
Item 3 will be considered in the staff evaluation of selected open items identified in SSER 18 of August 5, 1983.
By copy of this memorandum, we are also informing the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board.
