In accordance with the present NRC procedures for Board Notifications, the following items are enclosed for information of the Comission:

Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, ITR-46 Rev. 0, "Additional Verification of Selection of System Design Pressure and Temperature and Differential Pressure Across Power-Operated Valves", June 30, 1983.
2.
Stone and lobster Engineering Corporation, ITR-47 Rev. 0, "Additional Verification of Environmental Consequences of Postulated Pipe Ruptures Outside of Containment,"
June 30, 1983.
3.
Stone and webster Engineering Corporation, ITR-49 Rev. 0, "Additional Verification of Circuit Separation and Single Failure Review of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment."
The information in the above reports is being reviewed and evaluated by the staff. It will be considered in formulating the staff recommendation re-garding reinstatement of the low power license which was suspended by Commission Order CLI-81-30.
The information is relevant to the safety issue on the design adequacy of Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
