In accordance viith present HRC procedures for Board Notifications, the following two items are enclosed for information of the Commission:

1.

Letter dated Hay 25, 1983 from Joel R. Reynolds to Darrell G. Eisenhut.

2.

Letter dated June 3, 1983 from Darrell G. Eisenhut to Joel R. Reynolds.

The two items address an allegation concerning pre-release of an NRC report on alleged deficiencies in the implementation of the gA program at Diablo Canyon, Unit 1 and the action being taken by the staff.

He will promptly advise you of any determination of these matters.
