This submittal includes a section on,construction quality assurance, a complete listing of files, including revisions, on all errors or operations (EOIs) and ancillary information to the rep,"ort.

Teledyne Engineering Services, "IDVP Final Report - Errata Package tto. 2,"

June 20, 1983 The information is being reviewed and evaluated by the staff. It will be considered in formulating the staff recommendation regarding reinstatement of the low power,l icense which was suspended by Commission Order CLI-81-30.

The information is relevant to the safety issue on the design adequacy of Diablo Canyo'n Unit 1.
