June 16, 1983.

This submittal includes information on findings from the initial sample and from generic concerns.

The information is being reviewed and evaluated by the staff. It will be considered in,formulating the staff recommendation regarding reinstatement of the low power license which was suspended by Commission Order CLI-81:30.

The information is relevant to the safety issue on the design adequacy of Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
