summary of the work performed by BNL on the seismic analysis of the horizontal response of the Diablo Canyon annulus structure to the Hosgri seismic input.

Electric Company, dated llay 19, 1983.

The letter transmits a Notice of Violation and an Inspection Report.

Both items relate to an examination by Region V of concerns expressed or implied by former employes of a PGKE contractor with respect to construction quality assurance matters.
