Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director Division of Licensing BOARD NOTIFICATION 82<<125A Ny memorandum of December 6, 1982 (BN 82-125) directed the issuance of an evaluation on PAR Flow Blockage.
The attached memorandum (Fraley to Denton/Ninogue dtd December 7, 1982) should be issued to all PHR's as a
supplement to BN 82-125.
