It 2 In accordance with present NRC procedures regarding Board Notifications, the attached information is being provided to the Commission.
The enclosed report addresses the investigation stimulated by an allegation relating to the Fitzpatrick and Yankee Electric facilities.
The results reflect an audit of the Teledyne internal gA Program.
Since the investigation may be viewed as a cross-cut of'he Teledyne gA Program, its results reflect the general level of conformance to gA requirements at Teledyne.
It is therefore applicable to all plants for which Teledyne is doing work.
It is the ppinion of the staff that this report does not constitute a
major safety concern.
