The following motions for reconsideration have been considered by the Board:
(1) by PG&E (dated April 8, 1981);
(2) by NRC Staff.,(dated.April 7, 1981);
(3) by PG&E to 'reconsider notice of hearing (dated April 14, 1981);
(4) by Governor Brown requesting reconsideration of subjects allegedly erroneously considered in the Board's Order of February 13, 1981 (dated April 24, 1981);
and (5)
Joint Intervenors'equest for reconsideration of the Board's prior rejection of reconsideration (dated April 24, 1981).

The Board has concluded that the guidance in the Commission's Order (CLI-81-5) dated April 1, 1981, does not require a change in the findings contained in its Order of February 13, 1981.
Accordingly; the Board's Order of April 6, 1981, setting forth a time and place of hearing also need not be modified.
On April 30, 1981, it,is ORDERED That the motions for reconsideration listed above are denied.
