ORDER October 6,
1980 l.
Our June 24th order posed nine specific questions.
A number of these are related,
- however, and we wish to hear the related inquiries together.
This will both aid our under-
.standing of the presentations and reduce the time several witnesses need be present at the hearing in San Luis Obispo.
In adopting the following order for presentation of testimony, we have endeavored to accommodate the special situation of Drs. Luco and Trifunac, who appear as Board witnesses, and have taken into consideration the suggestions of intervenors'ounsel in.his letter of August, 18,. 1980.

3.
We will hear all the witnesses on direct. and cross-examination on each numbered point before proceeding to the next one.
(Lest there be'ny misunderstanding, we will hear all the witnesses giving evidence on Questions l through 4 and 7 first (item 1), before proceeding to Questions 5 and 6 (item 2), etc.)
Where a party has more than one witness, they will be heard as a panel.
The matters at issue call for expert opinions in many instances.
It is our wish that all the wit-nesses be present to hear the evidence of those others testify-ing on the subject matter of their own presentations.
4.
The Board anticipates that testimony on the first two sets of questions will not exceed three days; the remaining two, no more than two days.
The hearing schedule will be adjusted to provide an earlier'starting time and late sessions if need be to meet this schedule.
Cumulative, repetitive, and argumentative cross-examination will not be permitted.
It is so ORDERED.
