CPPR-39 Notice of Violation Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted between June 1 and June 22, 1979, it appears that one of youl activities was not conducted
. in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Construction Permit No.
CPPR-39, as indicated below:
10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criteria II and V, implemented by FSAR Section 13.2.1, states, in part, that "The Training Coordinator and his assistant are responsible for coordinating the various programs and for maintenance of adequate training records."
Contrary to the above, on June 14, 1979, the Training Coordinator was not maintaining 'records of physical force personnel training of a general nature, e.g.,
records of control'echnicians and maintenance personnel apprenticeship program training and records of radiation and process monitors'hemical and radio-chemical techniques training.
This item is a deficiency.
