NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) is filing this notification to inform all participants that the Staff has issued a letter relaxing the schedule requirements of Orders EA-12-049 and EA-12-051 at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. Entergy submitted the request to the NRC on September 8, 2016 for an extension to comply with the requirements in Section IV of NRC Order EA-12-049 and Order EA-12-051 until June 30, 2017.1 The Staffs letter is available through the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) via Accession No. ML16173A342.
