- Penn State Breazeale Reactor -Permanent changes in the facility organization- Level 2
Dear Sir or Madame:
This letter is submitted in accordance with the requirements of PSBR (TS 6.6.2.b.l) to provide a written report of a "Permanent change to the facility organization involving level 1-2 personnel" within 30 days of the change.
Effective November 21, 2016, Mr. Mark Trump, Associate Director for Operation was permanently removed from the Level 2 position. Ms. Candace Davison, SRO, Research & Education Specialist, Supervisor Reactor Operations will assume a Level 2 responsibility for an interim basis until Associate Director for Operation position is filled permanently.
