In accordance with your application dated September 23, 2013, and subsequent revisions, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License Number SNM-95 is hereby renewed. Enclosed are copies of the license and the Safety Evaluation Report.
