Teleconference for Indian Point ESA section 7 conference Julie and Dara, I would like to set up a teleconference for this week or next (if everyone is available) related to the Endangered Species Act section 7 conference for proposed Atlantic sturgeon critical habitat near Indian Point.
I think it would be helpful if NRC, NMFS, and Entergy all participate to discuss the following items.
Entergys request to participate in the section 7 conference Entergys data related to Hudson River habitat and Atlantic sturgeon use of the Hudson River in the vicinity of Indian Point (submitted to NRC and NMFS on 10/14/16)
Additional data Entergy intends to submit to NMFS and NRC based on data obtained from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Any additional information NMFS needs to complete its review of the NRCs request for concurrence with its may affect, but not likely to destroy or adversely modify determination Please do feel free to suggest changes or additions to this list.
Could you let me know when you and other applicable people in your respective offices are available for a teleconference? As a starting point, are you free in the afternoon on either Thurs 12/1, Tues 12/6, Wed 12/7, or Thurs 12/8?
Once we establish a date and time, Ill set up a teleconference line.
