This letter is to inform you that effective October 30, 2016, Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Acting Chief for Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Broaddus assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Stephen S. Koenick regarding Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2.
