Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Security Plan, T~aining.~:md' Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program Revision 14 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision. 14 to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Security Plan, Training and Ql,Jalification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (Security Plan). The changes to the PBAPS Security Plan were implemented on September 22, 2016. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p )(2), EGG is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation (I.e., no later than Novem.ber 20, 2016)'.
- The PBAPS Security Plan,* Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and. Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program have been revised to address the discontinuance of Handguns:
- 1. In section 9 of the PSP (refer to Attachment 2)
- 2. In section 3.6.3 of the PSP (refer to Attachment 2)
- 3. In section 3.6.4 of the PSP (refer to Attachment 2)
- 4. Table 1, Critical Task #25 of TQP (refer to Attachment 2)
EGC has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.
