This transmittal fulfills the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54( q), 1 O CFR 50 Appendix E Section V, 10 CFR 70.32(i), and 10 CFR 72.44(f) to inform the commission of changes that have been made which do not decrease the effectiveness of the *Emergency Plan.
