Enclosed is a copy of Entergys: (1) request to participate in the NRC/NMFS informal Section 7 conference process on the proposed Critical Habitat Rule (the NRC Request), (2) current comments on the NRC Request, and (3) request to extend the conference process for the NRC Request by 30 days to incorporate Entergys expected additional comments, once it has time to review the newly received information from NYSDEC.
