NRC Letter to Duke Energy, "NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND CONFIRMATORY ORDER RELATED TO A FIRE PROTECTION PROGRAM LICENSE CONDITION (OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3)," dated July 1, 2013, ADAMS Accession No. ML13114A928.

The confirmatory order (Reference), related to an Oconee Nuclear Station (ONS) fire protection program license condition, requires Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke Energy) to provide a letter under oath and affirmation and in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, "Written Communications," reporting the completion of each Protected Service Water (PSW) milestone within 30 days of completion, and a final letter reporting when it has achieved full compliance with the requirements contained in the order. Milestone 6 activities require Duke Energy to complete all items in Table 2.9-1, "Implementation Items," of the December 29, 2010, ONS NFPA 805 safety evaluation report (ADAMS Accession No. ML103630612) no later than November 15, 2016.

Duke Energy completed PSW Milestone 6 activities on September 14, 2016. With the completion of Milestone 6, Duke Energy has achieved full compliance with the requirements contained in Confirmatory Order EA-13-10.
