This is request for withdrawal of proposed changes under consideration for the University of Texas TRIGA Facility Operating License and Technical Specifications. Relevant changes to the Technical Specifications are in review under the license renewal process. Please incorporate the proposed changes to the facility operating license in development' of the new license.
