ORDER The Bellefonte Efficiency & Sustainability Team/Mothers Against Tennessee River Radiation (BEST/MATRR) seeks an extension of time until September 13, 2016, to file a petition for leave to intervene on a license amendment request filed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). The NRC provided notice in the Federal Register of TVAs license amendment request on July 5, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 43,661), and that notice stipulated that all hearing requests are due by September 6, 2016.
After reviewing the request, I am granting BEST/MATRR an extension of time until September 13, 2016, to file an intervention petition on TVAs license amendment request.
This Order is issued under my authority in 10 C.F.R. § 2.346.
