MORGAN Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.314 (b), Garry L. Morgan hereby enters an appearance on behalf of the Bellefonte Efficiency and Sustainability Team and Mothers Against Tennessee River Radiation, BEST-MATRR, and provides the following information:

- 2. I am the Director of the Community Radiation and Health Monitoring Project for BEST-MATRR and a member of the Executive Committee of BEST-MATRR. The Executive Committee of BEST-MATRR has authorized me to represent the organization in this proceeding. BEST-MATRR is a local Chapter of the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League, BREDL; whereas the Executive Director of BREDL has authorized me to represent BEST-MATRR in this proceeding.
