SUBJECT:

EXAMINATION CONFIRMATION, NO. 50-188/OL-16-03, KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY Arrangements have been made with Dr. Jeffrey Geuther for the administration of operator licensing examinations at the Kansas State University Nuclear Reactor. The examination is scheduled for September 1, 2016.

All reference material has been received and all arrangements for the examination have been made.

Signed operator license applications in accordance with 10 CFR 55 Subpart D, Applications, certifying that all applicants have successfully completed the facility licensees requirements to be licensed as an operator or senior operator and that all applicants meet the medical requirements, must be submitted at least 14 days before the start date of the examinations. This will allow the chief examiner time to review and process the applications.
