- Jeremy, As we discussed on Friday, please use the same docket number 71-0025 for the part 71 approval of the QAPD that was given to Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC). Once decommissioning is completed at LACBWR, LaCrosseSolutions plans to transfer the NRC license (Docket No. 50-409, DPR-45) and associated approvals back to DPC for long-term operation of the ISFSI (Docket No.72-046).
