Dear Mr. Joseph:

Enclosed is the Final After Action Report/Improvement Plan for the Order of Saint Francis, Saint Joseph Medical Center June 17, 2016 Radiological Emergency Preparedness Medical Services Drill for the Clinton Power Station.

There were no Level 1 or Level2 Findings or Plan Issues identified as a result of this drill.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for the State of lllinois and affected local jurisdictions provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR Part 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Illinois remain in effect.
