SUBJECT:
FINAL RULE TO AMEND 10 CFR 50.55a - CODES AND STANDARDS During the 384th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, April 2-4, 1992, we considered the proposed final rule to amend paragraph 50.55a of 10 CFR Part 50. This amendment would revise 50.55a to incorporate by reference the 1986 Addenda, 1987 Addenda, 1988 Addenda, and the 1989 Edition of Section III, Division I, of the ASME Code, and the 1986 Addenda, 1987 Addenda, 1988 Addenda, and 1989 Edition of Section XI, Division 1, of the ASME Code, with a specified modification. We concur with this amendment.
