SUBJECT:

PROPOSED FINAL REVISIONS TO APPENDIX J OF 10 CFR PART 50, "PRIMARY REACTOR CONTAINMENT LEAKAGE TESTING FOR WATER-COOLED POWER REACTORS" During the 422nd meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, June 8-10, 1995, we considered the changes made to the proposed final revisions to Appendix J in response to public comments. These changes did not alter our views expressed in the report dated September 19, 1994. We find no need to meet again with the staff on this subject and stand by our previously expressed position.
